When creating your web presence (‘website‘) or renewing/overhauling it, we can support you at a reasonable price. Depending on the scope, we use a „flat-file CMS“ or a database-supported application (usually MariaDB).

We prefer "Free Software" ("Open Source") like Grav¹, Yellow, GetSimple, Bludit, Drupal², which are proven and secure. This also allows you to manage your website yourself.

From the beginning, we attach importance to search engine optimization (SEO), taking into account the right keywords and their distribution/application, even during domain registration. This gives your website a better position in the search engines.

Domains

The separation of registrar and hosting is a crucial point in domain registration.
This gives you much greater flexibility.

If the hoster fails (insolvency, server problems), you can look for a replacement in no time without lengthy domain transfer applications. It also makes it easier to move the domain, and in addition you are ensured the best quality at the best prices.
Furthermore the range of domain names is much larger with a professional registrar.

Hosting

The long-standing cooperation with proven providers ensures stability and security for us. However, you can choose your own providers, but this may lead to time delays during the set-up.
We attach great importance to the speed and security of the server locations used.

E-mail

We can set up e-mail accounts for you under your domain name or recommend secure providers of free or low-cost webmail access.
There are convenient "apps" for Android or iPhone.

To secure your own or already existing e-mail accounts, a security aspect that is often forgotten, we offer advice and help in applying for and setting up S/Mime X.509-based certificates or creating and using PGP keys (OpenPGP). Without signing or encryption, email is the most insecure communication medium, comparable to writing a postcard with a pencil.
